Habib A. Chaudhary P.G – Operations Manager/Special Inspector
Mr. Chaudhary has over 20 years of experience in construction materials testing and inspection. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in leading industry codes and standards development in many areas. Mr. Chaudhary taught the Soil Mechanics Course at the University of Hartford, School of Engineering and holds a degree in Civil Engineering concentration from Charter Oak State College, New Britain CT. He is responsible for all inspection operations on daily basis. He assigns inspection personnel according to job orders, reviews field reports and conducts safety training for all field and plant personnel. Mr. Chaudhary is certified to perform asphalt, concrete and soil field testing, and is NICET and IBC certified. He has over 17 years experience with Tri State; during his tenure he has held a variety of supervisory positions.

Imran Chaudhary – Laboratory Manager
Mr. Chaudhary is responsible for all lab operations and testing of asphalt, concrete, soils, masonry and other building products. He has over 6 years experience in construction materials testing and inspection. Mr. Chaudhary is an ACI Level-1 Laboratory Testing Technician. He would be available to perform the necessary laboratory testing required on projects.

Paul J. Hessel, P.E. – Laboratory Director
Paul J. Hessel, Professional Engineer and Laboratory Director serves as the Project Manager. Mr. Hessell is responsible for monitoring quality control and compliance for special inspections and laboratory testing. He manages our document control system, certification review, training, material handling and non-conformance system. He is responsible for overseeing inspection and testing of various building components, including windows and exterior wall systems, doors, concrete and steel. Mr. Hessel is in charge of ensuring that all laboratory and field personnel are in compliance with applicable regulatory agencies, building codes and industry standards. He has been a Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Connecticut and New York for over 28 years. Mr. Hessel would be available on a need basis and would be providing Professional Engineering services in the field and signing off on the field and laboratory testing reports. Since becoming Laboratory Director at Tri State, he has been responsible for overseeing various projects.
Chris Purinton – Structural Steel Inspector (CWI- AWS)
Mr. Purinton has over 25 years experience in the structural steel, piping, testing and inspection industry. As a steel and welding Certified Inspector, he has worked on many projects for TSMT, including the Pfizer Buildings (Groton, CT), VA Hospital (Rocky Hill, CT), and hundreds other major projects. He is responsible for overseeing all steel and wood framing inspections for TSMT contracts and directly addresses field issues in these areas. Mr. Purinton is certified by AWS and IBC, and is a certified structural steel and welding inspector. He will be available on a daily basis for this project.

Neal J. White, P.E. – Special Inspector
Neal J. White, Professional Engineer serving as a structural steel special inspection Coordinator, he has more than 15 years structural steel inspection experience. He is responsible for monitoring quality control and compliance for special inspections.
Rehan Chaudhary – Senior Field Technician
Mr. Rehan Chaudhary is a concrete special inspector. He is also responsible for testing asphalt, concrete, reinforcing bars, soil, masonry and other field special inspections. He has over 9 years of experience in the construction inspection industry. Mr. Rehan Chaudhary would be available on a daily basis to perform the necessary testing required on projects.

Aslam Syal – Senior Field Technician
Mr. Aslam Syal is a concrete special inspector. He is also responsible for testing asphalt, concrete, reinforcing bars, soil, masonry and other field special inspections. He has over 8 years experience in construction inspection industry. Mr. Rehan Chaudhary would be available on a daily basis to perform the necessary testing required on this project.
